Orders may take between 10 - 14 days to produce and ship, as each piece is custom made.

Orders will ship immediately once they are ready and you will be notified if your order is to be shipped before the 14 day time window.

All products from our studio are custom crafted and made to order, consequently there are no returns, exchanges or refunds.
